30+ Clean Eating Holiday Recipes
These 30+ Clean Eating Holiday Recipes will make your holidays holly jolly and YUMMY!
I have a confession…
I often over-indulge during the holidays and by January 1st I am regretting it.
Please tell me I am not the only one!
My jeans are too snug and I am lethargic due to too many sweets and way more simple carbs than I am used.
And you want to know the really frustrating part?
I KNOW BETTER! I know how to eat well and make healthy substitutions for unhealthy ingredients. {Enter this blog.} 😉

My holiday goals this year are to keep myself in check. Indulge on certain foods I only have during this glorious time, but NOT every dish and dessert.
Because let’s face it, a piece of my mom’s amazingly sweet Cherry Bars won’t cause any repercussions, but 5 pieces, each time I am at her house do. Life is so unfair.
