Apple Cereal

This clean-eating little gem is perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a snack. You literally feel like you are eating cereal with the crunchy apples and seeds but it is completely healthy and flavorful! Use whatever nuts, seeds, or milk that you have on hand but be sure to measure so you don't over-indulge in the seeds or nuts. Grain-Free, Sugar-Free, & Paleo friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 drops liquid Stevia
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 Tbsp sliced almonds

Instructions

  • Chop the apple into bite sized pieces and place in a cereal bowl.

  • Mix the unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, and liquid Stevia in a small dish or mug. Then pour over apples.
    1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3 drops liquid Stevia
  • Top the apple and milk mixture with the remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
