It is a delicious gluten free recipe complete with turkey pepperoni for protein, homemade tomato-based dressing, shredded Parmesan cheese, and veggies. Meals like this are great for one or families. Just pile high the toppings on a whole bag of greens and triple the sauce! Give this easy and flavorful salad a try if you are in a food rut!
