4 Ingredient Avocado Egg Salad + A JORD Giveaway

This healthy and clean eating recipe has no mayo (mayonnaise), sour cream, or Greek yogurt. It is super easy to make and is keto, Whole30 and paleo friendly! Use this salad to make a sandwich, wrap, or eat it plain. Low carb, dairy free, and gluten free lunch recipes can be delicious! Make ahead for work and have meal prep done for 2 days.

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning


  • Mix all 4 ingredients in bowl until combined. Eat plain, with tortilla chips, sliced bell peppers, or crackers.
