1cupalmonds
1/2cupshredded unsweetened coconut
1cupdried pineapple
1tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to food processor.
Process on high until a crumbly and sticky mixture form. Take some mixture and see if it sticks together enough to form into a ball. If it does, go ahead and form your bites. If not, add water 1 tsp at a time to wet the mixture just enough to make it hold together.
You should end up with 20- 1" bites to enjoy now or store in your fridge or freezer for later consumption.
