St. Patrick's Day Fruit Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 honeydew melon peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces or cut into shapes with fruit/cheese cutters
  • 4 kiwis peeled and sliced ½” thick
  • 1 lb grapes washed and dried
  • 2 green Granny Smith apples cut into 1” or larger pieces (see notes)

Instructions

  • Thread the fruit onto skewers.
    1 honeydew melon, 4 kiwis, 1 lb grapes, 2 green Granny Smith apples
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge covered for up to 2 days.

Notes: Put the cut apples in a bowl of water with a few Tablespoons lemon juice to prevent browning.
