Ingredients

  • 5 Tablespoons unsweetened applesauce (4 ounce container)
  • 4 Tablespoons vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon butter extract optional but recommended
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar free mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in bowl. Let the dough sit for a few minutes to allow the coconut flour to absorb the liquid.
    5 Tablespoons unsweetened applesauce (4 ounce container), 4 Tablespoons vanilla vegan protein powder, 2 Tablespoons coconut flour, 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon butter extract, 1 Tablespoon sugar free mini chocolate chips
  • If the dough is too wet, add more protein powder or coconut flour. If the dough is too dry, add more applesauce.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

Everyone's protein powder is different and everyone's tastes are different. If you try a couple little tastes of the dough and find it needs to be sweeter, add a little honey, maple syrup, coconut sugar, or Stevia.
