Ingredients

  • 1 cup cucumber (about 1/2 cucumber), chopped
  • 1 cup roma tomato (about 1 tomato), chopped
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese fat free
  • 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
  • 1 green onion, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
  • EBTB (Everything But The Bagel) seasoning, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Add chopped cucumber and tomato to bowl.
  • Top with cottage cheese, hard boiled egg, and green onion.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top, sprinkle with EBTB and salt and pepper.
