Cucumber Tomato Protein Bowl
cucumber (about 1/2 cucumber), chopped
roma tomato (about 1 tomato), chopped
hard boiled egg, chopped
green onion, sliced thinly
EBTB (Everything But The Bagel) seasoning, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
Add chopped cucumber and tomato to bowl.
Top with cottage cheese, hard boiled egg, and green onion.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top, sprinkle with EBTB and salt and pepper.
