Notes
Baking Tips - Be careful to not overbake the cookies. They will continue to bake slightly out of the oven as they cool. Bake until the tops have cracked, the cookies are puffed up and the bottom edges are set. The cookies will look puffy right when you take them out and the will settle a little bit as they cool. Substitute Tips - Any chocolate candy will work on the top of these cookies if you can't find the Hershey's Cookies and Cream hearts.
