Using a crinkle cutter slicer or knife, slice the fruit into “fries”.
Eat fries as is, pair with vanilla lime yogurt dip (or any dip preferred), or make loaded fruit fries by stacking the fries on a plate and topping with sugar-free chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and sprinkles.
Store fruit fries in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
