Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the bananas, eggs, monk fruit sweetener, yogurt, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
3 very ripe bananas, mashed, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener, 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt, 1/3 cup oil or melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Gently mix until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle the top with the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Store bars at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
