Ingredients

cucumber, chopped
(about 1/2 cucumber)

roma tomato, chopped
(about 1 tomato)

fat free cottage cheese

hard boiled egg, chopped

green onion, sliced thinly

Tablespoon
balsamic glaze
EBTB (Everything But The Bagel) seasoning, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Add the chopped cucumber and tomato to a bowl.
1 cup cucumber, chopped,
1 cup roma tomato, chopped
Top with cottage cheese, hard boiled egg, and green onion.
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese,
1 hard boiled egg, chopped,
1 green onion, sliced thinly
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top, sprinkle with EBTB, salt and pepper.
1/2 Tablespoon balsamic glaze,
EBTB (Everything But The Bagel) seasoning, to taste,
salt and pepper, to taste
Eat immediately or store ingredients separately in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
