Place the coffee grounds in a reusable K-cup and sprinkle the pumpkin pie spice on top. Close the lid and place in the coffee maker.

Make 8-12 ounces of coffee in a mug. Mix in the vanilla collagen with the handheld frother or a spoon (but it will take longer to incorporate).
2 scoops (20 grams) vanilla collagen powder
Meanwhile in another mug or 8 ounce glass jar, heat the half and half in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or until hot. Using a handheld frother, froth the half and half for 30 seconds until foamy.
2 Tablespoons half and half
Pour/scoop the frothed half and half into the coffee and sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy immediately.
