No-Bake PB&J Energy Bites (Nut-Free) Recipe
Make these PB&J energy bites with just four ingredients including sunflower seed butter for all the taste of classic peanut butter and jelly in a school-friendly snack!

Ingredients

old fashioned oatmeal

Sunbutter
1/2
cup
honey

dried strawberries
Instructions
On a small cutting board, chop the dried strawberries into small pieces.
1 cup dried strawberries
Add all four ingredients to a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
3 cups old fashioned oatmeal,
1/2 cup Sunbutter,
1/2 cup honey,
1 cup dried strawberries
Take a spoonful of the energy bite mixture and form into a ball. You should end up with 25-30 bites.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 1 week or the freezer for 3 months.
