In a large bowl, add the avocados (pits and outer skin removed) and roughly mash. Do not over mash because you can always smooth out the consistency later, if needed, but you can’t add in more chunks.
10 avocados, small to medium in size
Gently mix in the remaining ingredients. Taste to see if more salt, lime juice or garlic is needed. Depending on the size of the avocados, you may need to add in more seasonings. If you don’t instantly LOVE this guac the moment it hits your tongue, add more seasonings!
2 Roma tomatoes, 1/2 small red onion, 1 1/2 Tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Store the guacamole in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. See notes for storage tips.
Notes
Prep Tips - If you don't have an avocado masher, use a potato masher or fork to mash the avocados.
Serving Tips - Enjoy this guacamole as a dip for chips, carrots, or sweet bell pepper strips. Spread it on your favorite sandwich or burger or add to a taco salad.
Storage Tips - Oxidation will cause the guacamole to brown or darker over time. To help prevent this, place a piece of plastic wrap over the top of the guacamole and pressing it into the top of the guacamole while removing as many air bubbles as possible. You can also, spray the top of the guacamole with non-stick cooking spray or drizzle with additional lime juice to deter browning.
