In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Taste test and add more seasonings, if desired.
16 ounces shredded chicken, 1 ½ cups tzatziki sauce, ½ cucumber, peeled and cut into quarters, ½ small red onion, diced, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper
Serve immediately with crackers, chips, veggie dippers or pita bread. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days.
