Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Set aside.
Pour the pretzels into a large mixing bowl.
4 cups (6.5 oz / 190 g) twisty pretzels
Pour the dark chocolate chips into a microwave-safe dish or glass measuring cup. Microwave for 1 1/2 mins, stirring every 30 seconds until all the chocolate chips are melted. Be sure not to burn the chocolate or you will need to start over.
2 cups (10 oz) dark chocolate chips
Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzels, and stir until combined. Dump the coated pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and spread out in an even layer.
Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 1/2 mins, stirring every 30 seconds until all the chocolate chips are melted. Be sure not to burn the chocolate or you will need to start over.
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Quickly drizzle the white chocolate over the dark chocolate pretzels using a spatula to help. Then scatter the M&Ms and sprinkles over the coated pretzels.
1/4 cup Valentine M&Ms, sprinkles
Let the pretzels harden at room temp or in the freezer (about 20 min) until hardened. Once hardened, break into pieces. Stored in an airtight container or plastic bag for up to 2 weeks.
