In a large bowl, coarsely chop the hard boiled eggs with a pastry cutter or chop the eggs on a cutting board with a knife before adding them to the bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and gently fold the mixture together until combined. Taste the egg salad and adjust seasonings, if necessary.
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard, 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives or about a handful of fresh chives, 1/4 teaspoon dried dill, 1/2 teaspoon burger seasoning
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Ingredient Tips - 4 green onions (chopped) can be substituted for the chives. If you do not have our burger seasoning, add 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt and a sprinkle of onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper to the egg salad.
