Ninja Creami Cookies and Cream Ice Cream
This Ninja Creami cookies and cream ice cream starts with a sweet, protein-rich vanilla base. Then, we add the perfect ratio of Oreo cookies, and blend it all up for an easy dessert that satisfies your sweet tooth and keeps you full!
Love your Creami? Try our chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream, pumpkin pie ice cream, and cake batter ice cream, too!

Just when we thought we couldn’t be more obsessed with our Creami, we came up with yet another flavor that we cannot get enough of. Cookies and cream is a classic, and this recipe comes together with four ingredients and over 50 grams of protein. We prep a pint a day ahead of time. Then, we blend it up in minutes, and it tastes just like the classic ice cream!

- Milk – We use whole milk or 2% for a rich flavor and creamy consistency. However, fat-free Fairlife milk may be substituted for the 2%, with little difference in texture. Substitute dairy-free milk if needed. We recommend a higher-fat milk like cashew milk.
- Protein Powder – We use The Peachie Spoon cookies and cream whey protein powder. (Use code: HappiHomemade to save at checkout!) However, any vanilla whey protein will also work. The cookies and cream flavor just won’t be quite as strong.
- Collagen – Yonder collagen is our go-to. (Use code: HappiHomemade to save at checkout!)
- Oreos – A must in any cookies and cream recipe! We use regular Oreos, but you can use any similar cookies. Or, experiment with different flavors.
How to Make Ninja Creami Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

- Combine. Place all the ice cream base ingredients in a Creami container, and mix until smooth. We use a stick blender or handheld frother to make sure everything blends evenly! Freeze overnight.

2. Blend. Thaw at room temperature for a few minutes, and run the Creami twice. Add the mix-ins, and run the device again. Enjoy!

Ninja Creami Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Recipe
Equipment
Ingredients
Ice Cream
- 1 1/2 cups 2% Fairlife milk
- 1 serving (35 grams) cookies and cream whey protein powder or vanilla protein powder (we use Peachie Spoon, “HappiHomemade” saves at checkout)
- 1 serving (10 grams) flavorless collagen (we use Yonder collagen, “HappiHomemade” saves at checkout)
Mix Ins (optional)
- 3 Oreos (chocolate sandwich cookies), broken into pieces
Instructions
- Place all ice cream ingredients (NOT mix-ins) in a Ninja Creami pint container and mix with a stick blender until smooth. A handheld frother may be used if it has enough power.1 1/2 cups 2% Fairlife milk, 1 serving (35 grams) cookies and cream whey protein powder or vanilla protein powder, 1 serving (10 grams) flavorless collagen
- Freeze the pint on a level surface in the freezer, with the lid off, for 24 hours (see notes). Freezing with the lid on creates a hump at the top of the ice cream. However, sometimes this happens no matter what.
- Remove the pint from the freezer and let it thaw for 10 minutes at room temperature or run the sides of the container under warm water for 1-2 minutes. If the top of your ice cream is not flat, scrape down any bumps or uneven texture with a knife (see notes).
- Place the pint in the outer bowl of the Creami and lock the lid on top. Place the bowl assembly on the Creami motor base, twist the handle right to raise the platform, and lock it in place.
- Select the Lite Ice Cream function two times. You will need to unlock and lock the Creami bowl in between the two cycles.
- If adding mix-ins, use a spoon to create a small hole in the center, about 1½ inches wide. Place the crushed cookies in the center. Lock the lid into place and select the Mix-In function.3 Oreos (chocolate sandwich cookies), broken into pieces
- Enjoy immediately!
