  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • Lime zest from 1 lime
  • ½ – 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice adjust to desired taste


  • In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, protein powder, lime zest and lime juice until combined.

We prefer whey protein powder in this recipe because it is easier to dip the fruit into. However, plant based (vegan) protein powder will work but the dip will be thicker.
