Gluten and Grain Free Focaccia
Tired of your same ol’ bread or biscuit recipe? Need something with a little zing?
You read my mind, those were my thoughts EXACTLY a few months ago!
Thank heavens for this simple and delicious Gluten and Grain Free Rosemary Garlic Focaccia Bread that has now become a family favorite.
My husband and kids love bread. Like eat 2 entire bags of rolls at Thanksgiving type of love.
Can you say carb addicts? 😉
I like bread too, sorta, but the thought of eating that much bread makes me nauseous. Notice I didn’t say sweet bread. I can eat pumpkin and banana bread all the live long day. Ha! But unlike my family, I can take or leave dinner rolls.
However, I do have days when I want a little bread to dip in my soup.
That was the case the night this Gluten and Grain Free Focaccia Bread was created.
We eat soups A LOT so breads and salads are the usual side dishes. That night, I didn’t have any greens, but I did have enough time to bake a quick bread.
Pinterest came to my rescue once again. Though Focaccia bread was new to me, I thought the recipe looked simple enough.
Of course, I put my own spin on it like any good recipe blogger. Ha!
You will love the simplicity of this recipe. Just mix all of your ingredients in a bowl and pour into a greased pie dish and bake. No fuss, no mess, just a simple and delicious recipe.
